Alice Peisch, Walsh supplied the text and she filed it at his request. “This particular bill I filed at the request of the mayor of Boston, which is a common practice as a courtesy. I filed exactly what his office sent to me,” Peisch said.

Interesting to read this House Bill (H2876) being proposed by Mayor Walsh and Reps. Peisch, Hunt and Carvalho, up in hearings tomorrow morning. It includes an “opt out lottery” for charter schools and a geographical restriction to the charter schools, if the schools wants it. Precursors to Unified Enrollment?
